If you have any questions/queries, please do not hesitate to submit a support ticket as per the following steps.

1) Login to selling.channelmax.net

2) Click on your username on the top right of the screen and then click Support Case

3) In the new window opened, click 'Submit a ticket' tab and continue, it's self-guided.

If you have any issues in sign in, you may reset your account password using the following forgot password link.

In the above URL, enter your registered email address and ChannelMAX Username, then click on EMAIL ME THE PASSWORD to generate a new password.

-:b) From the black screen, click on "Support" icon, a new tab will open, wait for 15 secs and close this tab.
