:b) From the black screen, click on "Support" icon, a new tab will open, wait for 15 secs and close this tab.

If you have any questions/queries, please do not hesitate to submit a support ticket as per the following steps.
1) Login to selling.channelmax.net
2) Click on your username on the top right of the screen and then click Support Case
3) In the new window opened, click 'Submit a ticket' tab and continue, it's self-guided.
